The Oaks Fire Company vision is to lead the way by providing professionally trained volunteer fire-rescue personnel within our community. By carrying out this vision at every level of the organization, the Oaks Fire Company will be recognized by the members, residents, businesses and community leaders as the best volunteer fire company they could want, resulting in lower fire loss and a more safe community.

The Oaks Fire Company will achieve this by:

Leading the way in providing professionally trained volunteers by ensuring the members are the provided the opportunity to partake in realistic weekly and specialty training.
Setting standards for performance that require all responding members, regardless of age or position, to maintain minimum training levels and to participate in professional fire service training courses offered by various Fire Training Academies.
Making quality, integrity and excellence hallmarks of the way we provide our community service.
